I would, and while your at it, fire your pilot, and the captain of your yacht, they're only out to get you. May as well fire the chefs and butlers at the same time.

Then you know what it is like for the rest of us, enjoy rich *****!
Since you have money doesn't mean that you can flaunt it about with your limos that take you to your best friends house two blocks away. Clean out your own bag when your damned ankle biter takes a dump on your $50,000 Gucci wallet.

I think that you should not fire your chauffeur, he might be teaching you humility. Something you should learn. Give him a raise!

You should consider what he does before you fire him. Give him a stern warning and then fire him next time he does such a stunt.

Why do you have a chauffeur? Most of the people that I know would drive themselves, even if they did have the money.

OMG I HATE it when that happens! I've already fired 10 of my 11 chauffeurs this past month! But number 11 is about to get fired, he's been a bad driver. FIRE HIM!!!

First you should talk to him about the issue. If he doesn't have any good reasoning, (ie. stuck in traffic, family died, etc...) then you should fire him. I mean come on, all he has to do is drive a car to pick you up , and get paid. It's really not that hard, I do it all the time for free.

of course not ... check what happened first .. maybe family emergency , traffic or else prevented him , or maybe just had the blues .. happens to everyone .. so give him a break just for this one time .. excuse him his sin and he'll give his best at work..

has this happened more than once? ask him why he was not able to show up. if it's valid, give him a chance. if it's been like many times already, then, he's ineffective. go hire somebody else.

That has been happening to me, what a coincidence. Maybe we hired the same guy.

Sounds like you hired the wrong chauffeur.
