Scientifically it depends on where she is on her cycle. When a woman is ovulating, she prefers a very masculine face. At all other times, she prefers on that is more feminine. It is thought that the masculine face suggests better genetics but the feminine one is more likely to stay with the woman and the offspring. I would assume that this might generalize to other attributes in a man as well.

From what I've seen and been through, men with a slight feminine side are awfully clingy to their women in an insecure way. Good for some people, bad for me since I like to have my space.

It seems that some men do like men that are slightly feminine.
Then again, it depends on the woman. Some women are into those bulky macho dumb-as-a-rock motorcycling guys. Then some like the metrosexuals. Who knows.

it all depends on how girlie you are and in what ways. if your a LITTLE on the sensitive side, i think thats awesome becuase it means we can connect on a higher level, i am especially drawn to poets and artists especially because of this sensitivity that artists and poets seem to have. there is a distinction in the clothing department though, i like guys who dress confedently, and put in some effort, but when you take longer to get ready than me and my friends combined, thats when problems arise. but i like a guy who takes care of himself, becuase if we as women are expected to pretty ourselves up, then damnit so are men! ha ha

well that depends... I would want my man to be presentable and take care of himself but not to the point that he is painting his nails you know... that goes either way some men do not like it when women are high maintenance... I give my man facials, manicures and pedicures and more because that is just good hygiene...

Clean is fine.
Real men have no cosmetic work, nor do they have a hair dresser do anything more than CUT their hair.
Any sort of fancy treatments to change the appearance of a man, usually mean insecurity.
