This is what Epson UK say:
"There is no driver available to download for your configuration. This is may be due to the fact that the driver is already included with your operating system."
Presumably, Epson haven't released drivers for your printer for Windows Vista. Maybe you could contact Technical Support and ask them if they propose to update their drivers.
