If the IP address was banned how or what can i do to re-enter the forum from the same computer???.

Baloney! Use a proxy or a proxy server to spoof your IP address :)
www.proxy.org has some great web based proxies, but they may not work with some forums because of cookies, etc... so download a proxy program (google it) and google 'proxy list'. The proxy list provides you with a number of IP addresses of proxy servers, just input those into the proxy program and you're all set :)

I think you can't.it's impossible to re-enter a forum which blocked your IP address(unless you ask them nicely to unblock it for you lol).
you either have to go on another computer with a different IP address.

Go to another computer and sign in as someone else.
Your ID probably says it all.
