If the weather is nice just hold hands and go for a walk. Maybe down by the river(if there's one in your town).
You don't have to spend any money to show each other you're in love.
If money is tight, instead of eating out at a restaurant, how about a simple picnic dinner at the park? Or a candle lit meal at home?

I have found in the past that it is the thought that counts!! Make him a card telling him how much you love him and then give him an I.O.U letting him know that there is something special yet to come!!! Make little pieces of paper with sayings on them telling him how much you love him and sit candles next to them, make them trail to the bedroom where you are lying in a teddy or naked the best present is something you will remember forever!

Happy Anniversary!!!!

A perfect idea is to make a card. Write out your true feelings and perhaps you can make "naughty coupons". Those usually go over well! The cost of the gift is not important... but the thought you put in is!

Just spend some quality time together. Memories are free, so do anything together. Go walk in a park (weather permitting), or walk and window shop a mall. Be silly, have fun, laugh alot with each other.

Trust me on this: We don't want you to buy us anything. I think I could go along with 'do what you want with me', but that's too much work on our part, and we don't want you to 'submit'. That isn't a gift.
You don't state whether you're married. If yes, the 'bj' suggestion is a popular one, but not what we want, either. What we really want is an 'hj'.
If you're not married, your options are only slightly more limited. What I want is your undivided attention - nothing more. I don't necessarily want you to get me anything, or do anything. Just be there.

Just show him that you still care and love him. Because money can't buy love. You can wear that sexy outfit that you know he likes to see you in. If only just in the bedroom. Are you can rub his feet and back. something like that.
