Most likely hotter. The temperature inside the car is driven by sunlight passing through the windows and being absorbed by the interior surfaces of the passenger compartment. Usually Black vehicles have dark colored interiors so they absorb more sunlight. Since the glass windows create a greenhouse effect (the light gets in but has more difficulty getting out, even light colored cars get hot but dark ones get hotter.

Dark Color allow heat to transfer through it more easily. So in the summer, during the day, a dark color vehicle will be hotter during the day when the sun is out, and actually be cooler during the night compared to a lighter colored vehicle.

It will absorb more heat and the body will become hotter. This can be good and bad. In the winter, it can help warm your car, but it the summer, it can make you car very hot. If you have leather you could have free heated seats.

Yes - it is hotter. I live in the desert. I've had one darkly colored car. NEVER again! When security allows for it, leave at least one window cracked ½" - two windows are better - and it won't get too bad. Also, a deflector to put on your dash while parked is a worthwhile $10 investment.
