I know this is a really stupid question and I apologize for asking but I'd like to know.
If your LMP and ultrasound matches what does that mean? At my 20 week ultrasound my LMP which was 7/19/06 matched the ultrasound. So what does that mean? Some people say that their LMP and the ultrasound didn't match, so I was just wondering what it meant if mine did. Thanks so much and again sorry.

It means the first day of your last period, and the sonogram line up for conception. It means you are exactly as far along as they thought you were.

Your due date is figured by the first day of last menstrual period (LMP). Add 280 days (40 weeks) to your LMP and you will have your due date. This assumes that you have a period every 28 days, but if you have a longer cycle than you are likely to deliver after your due date and if your cycle is shorter you may expect to deliver earlier.

The most accurate way to figure your baby’s due date is by ultrasound during your first trimester. During this ultrasound the technician will measure the size of the baby and your doctor may adjust your due date if the measurements don’t match up with your LMP.

No big deal, You just happened to remember when you LMP was. It's hard to remember and that's why most ultrasounds are different.

It just means that your last menstrual period and your due date, the size of the baby and the day you conceived all say the same date. You must have a very regular period!

well yours matched so you conceived when you thought you did but haven't you already aslked this?? anyways, it doesn't mean anything bad it just means you have a normal cycle. This is really nothing to worry about. It just means your timing is the same. Congrats.

sounds like that means your date of conception is probably pretty accurate.
