i have a ipod nano 1G 4gb,
it boots fine but then becomes non responsive,
disk mode works,
i have restored my firmware,
reset it,
the hold switch turns it off for some reason,
need help

keep trying resetting it by turning the hold switch on and then off, then hold down the menu and center button at the same time. if this dosn't work, contact Apple at http://support.apple.com/ipod or call 1-800-APPLE

restored to default then try to put music in it

strap some dynamite to it.
then tell it if it doesnt work then ull blow it up.
mine doesnt argue any more!
