i have pregnancy cramps in my lower stomach. My question is do they every liten up? or stop? or should i expect to have them get worse through my whole pregnancy? what can i do to get rid of them for some time? thanks for all your answers! All of your answers are helpful! Thank you and God Bless

How far a long are you ?and are they coming regular? It is normal to have ligament pain in pregnancy from where everything is stretching. But it is important to be able to distinguish those discomforts from pre term labor. I kept a journal while I was pregnant about all of my concerns discomforts all the changes that my body was going through. that way I could discuss them with my doctor.
