Yes, wear makeup, but don't go overboard. Go light and pretty. Depending on what you wear, make sure you wear the makeup, not the makeup wearing you.

yes but to much makeup some times make u look older than u are so u have to keep it light

It depends on how old you are.
You should never wear a lot of makeup. A night you can change it to look more dressy but it should never look painted on or phony.

Well I am not sure how old you are, but if you are at a appropriate age to wear makeup then of course.....

It depends to be honest if you are under 13 i would recommend not to as you are still at an impressionable age where your learning how to be comfterble in yourself at this deveoping stage however i think once you are 14 onwards you should have the right to express yourself in whatever legal way you like and show your identity xxx much love &hearts

yes i think it would be fine, unless you are like 10 years old or something then no. if that is the case, you dont need it anyway.
