I want to get a webcam and the 4m say they need 500mb of free space. I would have thought hardly anyone had a computer with this should I ignore it. Also does anyone have any tips/things I should look out for
thanks

Just about everyone out there will have 500Mb of free hard disk space. A small hard drive these days is around 80Gb 160 times bigger than the space your talking about but it does sound a lot for a webcam, it's probably got a load of useless applications packaged with it. If you just want a webcam to work with Messenger/Skype, etc then just pick the cheapest you can find.
