Why don't you go get a job and pay for them like everyone else does. And if you don't make enough money at your job, i would suggest getting another job. 100 Tokens is only like 25 bucks. good luck..

get some family and friends to pitch in on the $ for the tokens.. it can be their gift to him also.. your gift is taking him and feeding him he should be proud just to be going and people who love him enough to be there.
