I feel that teens having sex is alright. As long as the people having sex are educated on the risks. Teen pregnancy is okay if the people having the baby are financially stable and ready to have children (which most teens are not) but if they are it is perfectly fine. Abortion is wrong if you decide to be the dumb one to have sex without protection. Pregnancies that result from rape, I feel abortion is okay. Basically just be smart about what you are doing.

Wow, some people are just way too judgemental. Don't judge teenage parents, unless you know how they are with their kids. I'm 17 years old, and I'm the mother of a wonderful three-month-old baby girl. It was pure accident, but I would not take it back for the world. She's my everything. I'm two months away from graduation, and I couldn't be more ready. I consider myself to be very responsible, even though I made a very irresponsible decision to have sex..although I was on birth control. Abortion is completely immoral. I'm sure most of the older people who said that teen sex should be outlawed, had sex when they were teenagers, too, only they did not end up with kids. Sex is a decision, leave it at that. There is nothing wrong with teen pregnancy, as long as the parents are caring, and be there for their kids.

Well teen pregnancy is high because no one talks to them anymore. Kids need to start learning about the consequences of sex in Junior High. They are needing to learn about STD's, AIDS, pregnancy, abortions, birth control and how feelings for one another can go to far to fast. They need to be taught this on a daily basis and have test on it as well. I think if children are educated about sex then they can be more responsible when they are experimenting with it. And we all know that kids will try it out at some point or another. Those who wait are the lucky ones and I commend them 100%. Abortions are being used as birth control way to much these days.. if you can have sex.. then you can have a baby and if you do not want the baby then put it up for adoption. Abortions should ONLY be preformed when it is medically necessary or if rape or incest is involved and only if they can prove it.. like doctors reports or police reports have been filed. There are too many girls abusing this and it is just not fair. So if we educate kids early then it should slow down teen sex and pregnancy alot.. but everyone is afraid to open their mouth about it.

Teen pregnancy can and is hard for most teen's but if they got thereself in that sitatution, they should take care of teh child, or atleast give it up for adoption.

Another thing is. Nobody can stop teen's from having sex. because no parent can watch there child's every move, who know's what there doing when with friends who knows whats going on when you drop them off at the movies or something. you can teach yur child about safe sex, but now days its hard to pervet because there are ethier horn dog males out there seeking girls to have sex, that or young teens fall in love and decide to have sex. but abortion shouldnt be an option for most teens because i think if they got there self into they should have to deal with it.

another thing is Teen;s Use Abortion as Birth control which wrong.

Now this is a good question! I think that teenagers should not be able to have sex: by law. It's totally stupid because EACH TIME you have sex, no matter how protected it is, you should always be prepared for pregnancy; always. What happens if you get pregnant in school?! You will have to drop out, and you will have to spend all of your money on the child. Now, about abortion, I would never do it, but it's up to the woman to decide whether or not she wants one; it's her body.

Teen abortion or teen sex is a very short lived pleasure. The consequences are hard to deal or settle with. Much better to refrain from both as long as possible during teen years and close to finding a steady partner.

1- teen pregnancy= I had my daughter when i was 18 years old and if it wasnt for that little girl i wouldnt be the person i am today. Yea its bad that 14 year old girls are having children but has anyone looked at what is causing it? Yea they learn about sex in school they see stuff about it on tv music esp rap music, they want to learn about so their going to do it. I say why not teach SAFE sex not just DONT have sex we cant tell someone not to do something. Oh and some girls get raped and have a child because well they dont want to get rid of it. Its sad people dont have a open mind. Im not saying its alright but people need to open their minds to the world.oh and i dont sport my daughter around like a handbag and i dont think its cool. I hate it when people stare at me and call me names behide my back its not right. Havent you're mother ever taught you if you aint got nothing nice to say dont say nothing at all.. dont be rude!

2- Abortion= MURDER. You're killing a person, a human being. So what if the "fetus" doesnt look a person the first 3 weeks .. the heart is beating. If thats not human i dont know what is?? Yea say there is something wrong with the baby, like a brith defect, to me a child (no matter what color, shape or size its a blessing from God NO MATTER WHAT!) Say there is something wrong with the mother, well why kill a little baby to save the mother? I know that sounds mean but you can let the child live in the mothers honor. If that happened to me while i was giving brith and i had a choice to save my self or my child i would choose my child.

3-Teens having sex= Teens now a days think their in love. I though i was at 15 but i was wrong. Most teens are its just puppy love really. But they need to know what love is and what LUST is. Im in love with my boyfrien now cause i know what love is back then i didnt. Teens are going to have sex NO matter what anyone says or does they will find a way! Like i said we need to teach them about S-A-F-E sex not just dont do it cause their going to go behide our backs and do it just to piss us off.

I think that teenaged kids having sex (as minor children) is a bad idea, both for their physcial development and their emotional health. The highest growing AIDS population is among teenaged girls. Did you know that? And you can get AIDS after having sex JUST ONCE....when you have sex with one person, you have sex with everyone who they have had sex with. And you put yourself at risk of not just AIDS, but Hep B&C (both of which can be fatal, Hep C does not have a vaccine, either) Herpes (uncurable), warts, crabs, Chlamydia, Gonorhea, Syphilis (also potentially fatal), etc, etc. More than that, sex is where babies come from.

I think that babies should not raise babies. The children born to teenaged parents and raised by the same have a significantly higher risk of being raised in poverty, having problems (behavioral and learning) in school, being on the wrong side of the law, emotional problems such as ADHD, depression, bipolar, etc., using drugs and alcohol (yes, this is a bad thing!), suicide, being victims of abuse...sounds like a great way to grow up!

Abortion is ending the life of an unborn child. What happens in an abortion is the doctor takes a vacuum cleaner and sucks the guts out, leaving limbs, broken bones, skull, and a general mess. Or...the doc injects a lot of salt, buring the baby to death over time. Meanwhile, in either situation, the baby is squirming and wriggling and crying in pain, and trying to escape. Nice, huh?

Keep your panties around your waist and wait until you are:
graduated from high school
a stable adult
MARRIED! and monogomous.

First of all, I think that sex outside of marriage is wrong. But what irritates me, is how some teenagers say they are "ready for sex", but then they aren't ready "to be a parent". If you aren't ready to be a parent, then don't you dare have sex! Sex is a gift of God between married couples to complete their marriage and to procreate, and no one else has any business dealing with that. If you are going to anyway, then don't you dare kill an "inconvenience", because you didn't want to think of anyone other than yourself.

If a teenager does get pregnant, and doesn't want to keep the child--she still doesn't have to abort! There are many crisis hotlines to help her through this time. As well, some states have a policy at certain places that you can drop your newborn off without having to give your name or any information. In Florida, you can take your baby to a hospital or to a firehouse, and they won't bother you at all. They'll make sure your child gets a home.

And for those of you who call babies in the womb a "fetus" and say it isn't alive until it pops out (I guess you think the minute "it" breathes air, "it" becomes ALIVE in some magical way), have you actually researched what you claim? Do you know that babies have a heartbeat at 3 weeks? That means, that by the time most people realize they are pregnant, their baby's heart is beating. Just a couple of weeks after that...the brain waves start. A week or two after that, the BABY can feel pain! Have you researched what abortions are? How they chop the babies in bits? Burn their skin off? Suck them into little pieces through a hose? You think that's just an "it" feeling that horrendous pain?

Finally, America has slaughtered almost 40 million babies since the Roe vs. Wade case in 1973. Those aren't fetuses, or even babies that were killed. Those were people. They were doctors, nurses, electricians, cops, teachers, and addicts. They may have been the cure for cancer. They may have been presidents. They could have been you.
