I don't ask anything out of boredom and I search many critic sites but I like to know what the public thinks about the smaller titles that are being released. The more people that reply the more it helps. This question is work related and I have to order a big shipment for April. The lesser known films are harder to gage so I thank everyone for their helpful answers.

Night Listener was decent, I mean, Robin Williams has become a cliche in my opinion, even when he trys serious roles.
The Covenent was horrible, think "the Craft" with worse acting and a even worse storyline.
Stranger than Fiction would be considered a perfect date movie. Good comedy, nice romantic twist.
Undisputed 2 was hot goarbage, so was butterfly effect 2.
Big Nothing was cute...that's about all I can say.
Starter for 10 was good.
the Marsh was very entertaining.
Miss Potter I personally did not care for, but then again, I don't really like Renee Zellweger.
the Return was decently creepy.
Let's go to Prison wasn't all that great, Will Arnett was funny though.
Off the Black was good.

The Covenant would have been better with a better director, it was a good idea and it had good actors in it but the film was lacking in some places and the least said about the ending the better, with regards to the butterfly effect 2 don't waste the 2 hours to watch it (in fact i want them back myself) it is terrible burn every copy you find please, the first was excellent the second sh..t. Those are the only 2 films from your list i have seen.

In The Return....I liked seeing buffy in a very serious role...the first 95% of the movie was perfect..nice and creepy and they stayed away from traditional formula...but...lackluster ending.

The Covenant had some stuff going on...again...lackluster ending...poor resolution of big fight...wire work was real bad. If you like The Covenant...then check out HEX on BBC America....the first year of HEX. Second year...it begins to run out of steam. Jemmima Roeper as Thelma is a hoot. Link is below.

Stranger than Fiction was better than I thought it would be. Will Ferrell played his part without resorting to stupid shtick, and made the film enjoyable. Worth a watch.....

"Off the Black" has nice performances, but it's very dull.

"The Return" had potential, but it wasn't well executed.

"Stranger Than Fiction" I liked, but it isn't for everyone's taste.

'Stranger than fiction' (Will Ferrell), thats my favorite movie now. it trips me out. very emotional movie i dont want to give anything away. but you just have to see it. also every actor in the movie very talented except queen latifa that was kinda of awkward but she did a hella good job.
