uh...some people say self pleasure is wrong. some people say it's natural. what evidence supports either claim?? what is the truth!?!

The truth is that some people believe it's dirty.
And they use religion to 'prove' they are right.
Very easy, that way they don't actually have to argue or prove anything. Just point to the bible, find your favourite quote and say it's the word of god.
Fortunately for them god never speaks up.
It's a tool to make you do what they want.
You asked for facts: Animals do it. Masturbate I mean. Oh, dirty word! Mas-tur-bate. Horses do it. Monkeys do it. To each other, too.
I had a parakeet that did it. Seriously.
Oh, and people do.
Lots of people.
I would say: Most people. I'm not talking 51%. I'm talking 90%.
Yes, even the ones that tell you you shouldn't.
That's because the tension inside can build up, and up and up... untill you can't think of anything else anymore. So. to come to your senses, you ... 'help' yourself.

the truth is depriving yourself of the pleasure human nature requires will lead to unnecessary stress and frustration, migranes, HBP to name a few. This is a natural human function, like sleep and breathing, and no one should tell you it is wrong. Do they tell you that eating healthy food is wrong, too? They might as well.

i think the truth is too much of it drains ur energy and motivation to find a mate and if ur married or in a relationship its unhealthy for the relationship to do it alone ...

christians say it is a sin...but then i thought ...why would the Lord not want us to do that....its not hurting anyone and is nice....so have at it.
