c - element, although this is not quite correct because (i) the transuranides have been created going beyond element 106, and (ii) some of them have such short half-lives that except for the day that they're created at a particle accelerator, they likely don't exist anywhere in the universe. Ninety of the elements exist naturally in the earth's crust (all but 43, technetium, and 61, promethium), though some are in very small amounts. Isaac Asimov once calculated that the earth's crust included "only a trillion" atoms of astatine-215, formed as an intermediate decay product of uranium-235.
