Me and a friend are going to see Pan's Labyrinth soon and her mom's taking us there. Do my own parents have to be with me?

So, would they have to stay with us to watch? Or can they just walk us up to the ticket booth?

Yeah, my parents have let me watch certain rated R movies alone (only some violence, no nudity).

Pan's Labyrinth is amazing!!!! Your parents don't need to be there. There's no swearing or sex or anything. Just some gory parts and some dark content.
And no my parents are not with me when I watch an R rated movie.

If you're 17 you can buy your own ticket. No your parents do not have to escort you since your friend's mother is the paying adult.
