For me, women are constantly flirting with my husband. I don't mind, only because I know he's coming home to me at night. Let them flirt, but have the confindence that your man, is coming home to you. You said he pays no attention to the other women. That means he knows that there is one women in his heart, You. Flirting is just words.

If he is paying it no attention, why does it bother you? Sounds like he has no interest in any other woman but you. Yes it seems like a self esteem issue. Maybe give yourself the gift of a day at the spa, or go get a new hairstyle and have someone help you with a little bit of a new wardrobe. That would help boost the self esteem in a huge way.

I am going through the same thing. It use to make me uncomfortable at first, but he didn't pay no attention to the flirting so I finally had a good hard look at our relationship, and I told myself. I am the lucky one here all these other woman flirt with my old man,but he comes home to me everyday after work so I know he's not cheating on me. The other women are just jealouse of what I have with my man,and they want it but they are not gonna it from him. I know he loves me,so when the flirting begins I just take his hand look the other woman in the eyes and tell her with a smile on my face " He's one in a million and I'm not gonna lose him for nothing."

Yes it is a self esteem issue. If you know your husband is not paying attention to these flirts then you have nothing to worry about.

Since your husband is a good guy and ignores it, that means alot, as it does not affect his ego, as it would to some men. If the women do it in front of your face, smile at them and say yeah I know he is cute, and not let them see it bothers you, as there are women that will only do it front of the wife to be hurtful, thinking they are better than the wife, thinking like looks are the only thing that matters to men, there are men that are well rounded and appreciate so much more than just the looks. Don't let it get to you, as then it will affect your self-esteem. Remember those women are hoping he falls for it, and they are just jealous bitches wanting him for themselves, don't let it bother you. Been there it's hard for the wife. Stay strong.

hmmmmm Women normally do not flirt with Men unless they are attracted to them and very rarely if they know they are married and especially when the Spouse is right there with them. Trust in your man. If hes given you no reason to be jealous then don't. When they start flirting with him, just smile and take his hand and look at them and say Sorry gal hes taken.

My ex-husband actually enjoyed men flirting with me and me flirting back.
He used to always want me to dress very sexy when we went out on the town.
I had the best of both worlds. I had a rich husband that let me dance and flirt with handsome men. Not only let me, he enjoyed watching me. At the time, I was a very happy wife. I will be honest, I thoroughly enjoyed those days.

Why should you be uncomfortable especially if he isn't paying attention to them? You have a hot husband be proud and secure he's your man, let them eat their hearts out!

If your husband isn't paying attention to it good for both of you.
A little judicious claiming isn't harmful either. He's your guy and you worked hard for him.
Still it always baffles me that anyone would think this was appropriate behavior.
It really is rank behavior.

Oh poor poor you with your gorgeous spouse. Life must be rough. I guess there's nothing you can do but wish he was uglier. Well, you could try feeding him a lot of chips and icecream, maybe if you get him fat it'll happen less.
Seriously, is the trade off not worth it? Sounds like he's happy with you, just keep it that way ;)
