The last time the "in" door was broken at Wal-Mart, which seems to be just about every day....

Way to funny because I just did today. I was at the department store and I stood there like an idiot waiting for the automatic door to open and by the time I realized that it was the wrong door someone from the other side nearly knocked me down.

A couple months ago in San Francisco. I thought the sign said "Women" and the other door was for exiting the women's room. I walked right in on MEN. I was so embarrassed, but luckily I don't think they noticed me.
