For me, being pregnant is the best feeling in the world. This is my first pregnancy and I have been very lucky so far in that my morning sickness didn't last very long and wasn't really bad (it was just nausea) and the occasional headache. My 2nd trimester has been wonderful! I'm now at 24 weeks, 25 tomorrow and there isn't anything that I can complain about. I love feeling my baby inside of me and absolutely love shopping for maternity clothes lol. I haven't gained alot of weight but I haven't lost any either. Losing weight would most likely occur in the first trimester if you are really sick and can't stomach eating.

Have you ever seen a pregnant woman? Some loose weight in their first trimester due to morning sickness, but they gain it back plus more. I had a friend that gained 70 lbs with her first child. She was huge! I am 10 weeks and 5 days and I have only gained 2 lbs. It is wonderful to be prego! I am so excited about it. For me the worst part was the morning sickness but that has passed and now I am just a happy pregnant woman. It is so wonderful to be growing a baby inside yourself. I mean some on now what could be better than that?

Some women loose weight at the beginning. I personally never saw the scale go down, only up (gained 48lbs). It is tough to be pregnant, you are hormonal and you retain water, you get sick, your back hurts, your breasts hurt, and so many other things. Even though its a difficult process, I felt that being pregnant was the most beautiful experience of my life. I loved the feeling of knowing the I was carrying around this little miracle. There is no way of describing the wonder of feeling your child move inside you for the first time. Just talking about it makes me want to get pregnant again.
I loved being pregnant and can't wait to have another!

Some women don't lose weight but put on alot of weight I'm 33 weeks (8 months) and I have only put on 8 pounds. Pregnancy can really take a toll on your body and comes with alot of emotions.

You might lose weight during your first trimester due to morning sickness, but you gain weight afterwards since you are carrying another life inside of you. Pregnancy has its ups and downs...backaches and pain are common cons, while knowing you've created a life is the biggest pro.

Actually, I gained 50 pounds during my pregnancy. It's interesting. I kind of miss feeling my little boy punching around in there...now he's five years old and jumps around.
