NEC MR-301-N9 9H4. It has 5 pins soldered to the circuit board. Any help with direct replacement or cross reference would be greatly appreciated.

No I don't want to get a used junction box from Ebay or such other places. I just want to get the relay.

2001 Kawasaki Vulcan 750 US model. Like I said, what I am looking for is specific. I don't want to buy the entire Junction box for just the one relay that I need. A used junction box from Ebay or motorcycle salvage would run anywhere between $25 to $65. A brand new relay would cost around $3.50.

Always give year, make, engine size and model # of your bike when asking questions. We need all of that info to give an informed answer.
The manufacturer's model #s on the junction box mean nothing. What bike it's for, does.
Have you tried to buy a new one?

ebay is the first place I would check for just the relay, but maybe a motorcycle shop or even a junk yard that deals with bikes,
