My wife and I both had to work 3rd shift last night. She was already gone to work when the new babysitter showed up. She's this really hot little blonde that is 18 years old. She's very friendly and very flirty. Is it really that wrong if I try to seduce her? She's legal age. I could take a personal day at work without wife knowing. The kids would be asleep. I'd probably never get caught.

Yes, it's wrong and you know it's wrong. But, kudos to all the self-righteous women in here that have NEVER ever been attracted to anyone in their lives.
I'm betting you're not a regular cheat and that you're really not serious about wanting to mess with the babysitter. I say this because you're too open and honest about it. Most of the cheats I have known could keep a secret better than the CIA.
The fact that you did ask shows you're putting a little too much thought into the babysitter. I think you'd be better off to maybe ask the wife to find someone else. Then you need to do some soul searching as to why would you want to cheat and see if there's something missing from your marriage.

I would get a new babysitter. If you love your wife and your family take the temptation away. A lot of 18 year old are trampy these days, so you should be very careful not to mess up your family

Give any reasonable excuse but don't get that babysitter in your house again if it's that easy for you to even think of cheating on your wife. You have so much to loose and nothing remains hidden for too long.

You will probably get caught. Is a 18 yr girl wroth messing up YOUR child life and the women YOU married. Do you think if your wife found out that you can run away with this 18yr girl and she will be a good step momma for your child and do you think a 18yr girl is going to stay with you forever. Even if this little tramp is flirting with you, it is up to you as a husband and father to make her understand that her flirtatious attitude is not right or moral.
