Be yourself and don't worry about what people think of you. I always got along better with guys than with girls too. Girls are mean; guys just want to have fun.

Are you getting made fun of for hanging out with boys? If you are, then there is nothing wrong with hanging out with boys, it's not like they have cooties or anything! Don't leave your friends because of peer pressure, because they are the ones who were there for you throughout your childhood. I guess you should try to not let what they say bother you so that you won't cry. At least you have friends sweetie! Maybe you could try to make some more friends too, but keep your old ones too! Kids are really mean now a days, but in a few years it won't matter.

Sometimes kids our age can be the cruelest monsters around and things they say really do hurt and are meant to do exactly that. You can count on those kids not growing up anytime soon so you really do have to learn to toughen up or youre going to get picked on everyday for the rest of your schooldays. This happens everyday all over the world so youre not alone in dealing with this. Unfortunately there is no real easy way to deal with bullies so you have to learn to change yourself so youre not so much fun to pick on. Crying is not the best way to to deal with them and only fuels them on for more bullying. You jsut have to learn to ignore them. Thats the best way as once someone ignores them then its no more fun to them and they quit. Buts thats easier said than done. You can get the biggest kid in school to be your buddy or hang around with a bunch of kids. Bullys hate crowds and love the lone kid that hangs out by themself. Try to stay out of their way or hope a teacher sees them if nothing else. This does usually quit once you get to high school so you do have something to look forward to someday. Also learn not to cry or show any emotion when the bully picks on you. Try to think of these bullies as not as intelligent as you are and have to do this as a way of showing off to their friends and someday they will need your help. You can bet on that one. I, too, was picked on in Jr,High because I was bigger and smarter than most, but went on to be a hero in Viet Nam, and played pro-football and raced stock cars but most of all those bullies are now my best friends. So hang in there, you have no idea what life brings everyday. Good luck
