I have watched SG-1 since i was 4 years old when the first episode aired, and I'm sad that it's almost over.

LOVE it, but HATE the long time in between seasons.

Think it lost setam when it replaced Daniel for awhile, but then got better.

Now that RDA is gone, I miss him, and am kind of getting tired of John Chrichton and Officer Aeryn Sun from Farscape in the show now. They even did a kind of cross-over scene as a joke.

I think it's time for it to go bye-bye. Battlestar Galactica is my show now...

I have missed a few episodes here and there. But, you only saw the first episode.

Think about all the episodes you can be enjoying that you have never seen.

Sci-Fi Channel airs SG-1 on tuesdays in a 4 hour block in the evenings. Wait for it to loop around to the beginning and you can enjoy it from the start.

Or heck, many of the episodes are on DVD. Go out and buy season 1 and kick it around for a while.

And yes I do watch SG-1.

I LOVE it!!!

I discovered it a couple of years ago; my husband has all the episodes, so we've been watching it for the last two years; I was just about getting caught up to the current season - and then I found out it was gonna get canceled!! I'm really bummed. Atlantis is ok, but SG-1 is my fav.

We're going to the Stargate convention in November. Should be fun.

I love Stargate SG 1! Well really, I started watching Stargate Atlantis, which I also really like, and then I realized there was SG 1, so I went out and rented the first few seasons.

It's a really great show, sucks that it got canceled though...

Yeah...I understand. I'm a real sci-fi chick myself. Stargate SG-1 was always my favorite show on the sci-fi channel. I will miss it greatly but have thought about purchasing the series and the movie on DVD for my personal collection so that I can veg out and watch re-runs any time I want. I liked SG-1 way better than Atlantis! Anyway, You are not alone...

I loved Stargate SG-1 and watched it all the time but since the cast has changed (mainly the loss of Richard Dean Anderson) has made me lose interest.

Love it too. I'm also sad that it's ending but at least they know it's gonna happen so maybe they can go out on top and make the season 10 finale great. I also dhear that they're doing two movies after season 10 to tie up some story lines but that these movies will only be available on Dvd :( Not saying that I won't immediately buy them and watch them, because of course I will, just wishing that they would air them on TV so everyone could see them without having to buy the DVD. At least there's still Atlantis.

i love SG1 a lot more advantageous powerful than Atlantis. sought after SG1 episode? 2 hundred! there's a producer who's making the stargate exploits right into a movie, and each of the people, Daniel, Carter, Valla, T'ealc and so on. make up plots for the movie, going everywhere from area zombies to a dawson's creek SG1 with kids. Holy jeez, it truly is were given to be the great/funniest episode i have ever considered! won't be able to anticipate both SG1 videos made for television that are gonna air, concluding their conflict with the Ori. Samantha Carter is transferring to Atlantis finished time, and they are gonna make yet another Stargate teach with lots of cameos of our time-honored SG1 characters. Who is regularly occurring with of? perchance those made for television SG1 videos will convey new life to the sequence SG1 that we've all come to entice close and love. This sh** has been on for over a decade, and if those made for television videos are valuable, i wish we are going to get some more advantageous seasons of the SG1 sequence that all started all of it!!!

I loved it for about the first 7 seasons or so, bought them on DVD and watched em all twice, then something changed. The plots just started getting slow and spiraling on a downward slope I think. Then they lost some of their great actors, making it even slower. Therefore I am now watching DVDs of MacGyver to get my Richard Dean Anderson fix.
