I do not know---I think the hospital handed them out and our parnets lost it.

you dont need a receipt if you are getting a refund at walmart, but expect a gift card and not cash

Wish I had the key to this question, unfortunatly we can't get a refund. The best we can do is live each day the best we know how untill our time is up.
