You will not have to artificially inseminate a rat!!!!! and inbreeding is when you breed a
mother to son
Father to daughter
brother to sister
Aunt to sister
Never NEVER breed family members you are asking for trouble if you do!!

I have no ideal how to inseminate a rat, however have you thought of asking a Vet how to go about it? Or you could do is to check out a Veterinary Medical College and ask an instructor if this has ever been done.
Inbreeding simply means Blood Relations between mother/son, father/daughter and brother/sister.
If this is allow to happen the pups will come out all weird inside.
Meaning; Endless medical problems and this is not good at all.
