Not cards, but once I found it, like a form, you enter your name and the expected date of delivery, and then - several e-mail addresses and send to friends. I can't find it now. I searched and came up only with birth announcements.

Most people only send birth announcements... I've never even heard of a pregnancy announcement. Isn't it generally better to do this sort of news in person or at the very least over the phone?

It relies upon on how imaginative you want to be... it should be something so effortless as writing the due date or something like "Is it a he or she? In 9 short months, we flow from 2 to three!" or "Coming quickly... infant (insert your very last call)." also relies upon on how enormous the cake is going to be. you won't be able to fairly write a lot on a small cake. If its a smaller cake, you should write: "Our little kin is transforming into" or "we are waiting for." wish this facilitates! And congratulations!
