Very good question, and very good point.You would have gotten more answers if you had asked this one at night! lol...No, we as humans use "things" as tools to follow through with our own destruction...or the destruction of others.Those things you listed are just the tools humans use. PEOPLE kill people, WE make the mistakes,WE consume too much alcohol and then WE attempt to drive, and WE overeat.Then, after WE make all of these mistakes, WE turn around and try to blame someone else because we can't handle OUR own mistakes. Sad...very sad.

i think people like to kill people :(. not the pencil didn't make the mistake the person did. no the car didn't make the person drive drunk. rosie made herself fat on her own.

Guns, pencils, cars, and spoons are all inanimate. They cannot make decisions. Decisions are make by thinking humans. Animals have instincts. Therefore I have to agree with you that people kill people.

yeah, but having a gun makes you think of ways to use it...and basically guns are to shoot someone not just for decoration, right?! and betcha that if Rosie O'Donnell has a restriction order to stay away from any spoons she would be thin like a fashion model

guns do not kill everybody till they are used with assistance from individuals for that purpose. they are procedures that should be used nicely or badly, relying on the person. people kill people fairly. they could use guns, knives, axes, scissors, golf equipment, ropes, and so on. for that purpose.
