someone who needs to be themselves.
basically, they copy every other kid.
think their individual
listen to whiney music
or music where you actually cant make out a word.
got a sweep which hangs over there face, black or blonde hair, or both.
tight jeans, skinny, fitted outfit.
Smokes
does drugs
just everything really
and they complain about been depressed, and they cut their rists for attention.

emo- an emotional
can usually be found in a corner hudling a dear diary or writing poems and songs about how bad their lives are, and how the world doesnt understand them, crying about how their hair wont do an emo flick, and how their mascara has smuged abit, theyl also be listening to some emo songs by mcr or some other band that writes about the wrongs the world has done to them, like breaking a nail. Also they will boasting how they are a non-conformer as they dont follow the crowd (cough) and how they hate chavs..
recognise an emo by their;
hair- usually black and greasy, but can also be identified by blonde, sometimes a mixture of black and blonde.. hair style usually consists of an emo flick, long piece of hair across the forehead covering an eye
clothes; band t-shirts, usually wearing black, and striped clothes, mainly black and red
both lads and girls wear super black eyeliner, really thick around their eyes
usually have lip rings, nose rings, earrings, eye brow rings
usually hang out at coffe shops like star bucks, attend many gigs and have a myspace

dude its not just the teens...
did you know that william shakespeare was emo...and most painters,poets,artist...ect..
with emotion we create art...just putting aside some other things...just keep an open mind cause a lot of people get wrong ideas of emo people...and are now being discriminated...
its not always what it seems..
people here judge like when they see someone who wears baggy pants and listen to rap music that they smoke weed and are a gangster...WTF??

Emo's are good for a couple things. To make fun of, and also to hunt. It's a proven fact.

emu is a bird ;) but if you want to know more about "emo", it is short for emotional and many think it's kinda like goth.... guys and girls who wear dark make up, like sad things, seem suicidal, etc but these may just be stereotypes....you should check out http://www.fourfa.com/ (it has a section called "what the heck is emo? haha.
its a stupid stereotype some loser made up.
my school is full of them.
they are these kids who dye their hair black, white, blonde, red, whatever color. their hair is usually long, in their eyes. they dont talk really. they wear clothing thats. . . interesting. . .they are ALWAYS depressed, sad, or angry, and for some reason everyone says "emo's" cut themselves.
its all stupid.
