darn right they are. i remember watching the original in the theatres back in 1986. then i bought the special collectors edition on tape. then the dvd version around christmas. i showed my nephew the movie and he just loves it. fyi im 29 and hes 13.
do you think that theyll make a beast wars/machines movie?

i remember getting the movie for my nephew, he loved the show, so i thought he'd love the movie.....which i wouldnt have done if i'd have known they kill the main hero, which made him cry for a week. lol.

they have the skill to think of and reason... yet i does not say they have brains. i assume that one might first could outline soul... it is sort of an precis concept, the soul. in addition they prepare emotion so i might say confident, they have souls.
