I notice how gaara has lal that prettydark liner around his eyes how does he wake up in the morning every day and put it on? But it makes him look hot so im not complaiinig. Same with Kakuro with all thepruple but anyway back to the point.

Uhh... it's actually not eyeliner. The black stuff around his eyes are kinda like bags under his eyes.
Because of Shukaku, Gaara can't sleep at all, or otherwise Shukaku might take over. So Gaara's basically an insomniac with really bad bags under his eyes.
(I'm not complaining either, it gives something that at least resembles eyebrows a bit, something Gaara lacks ^^)

Its not eyeliner. Gaara is an insomniac because of the Ichi-bi (Shuukaku) inside of him. Its actually just the bags around his eyes.

PERMENANT MAKE-UP(No, seriously, they came out with that...)!! No, not really. It's actually because he never sleeps(insomnia) because if he does, the racoon-dog demon inside of him takes over control of his body more. That's why he doesn't sleep. And if you don't sleep, you get bags under your eyes(Plus you get unhealthy too, but I'm not going to go into detail...)...

He doesn't.... he doesn't (cant) sleep. if gaara did sleep the shukaku would take over him and kill everyone, and gaara wants to do that himself. and kankuro has tatoos
