i think tow company by law had no right to tow car i was there to move it and was there way before they arrived but still charged me for drop fee

Once it's on the hook my friend you are goin to be charged.
Try not parking illegally -- you won't encounter any charges for that. Just because you got there before they left with it doesn't make it any more illegal.
