obviously the same places it comes from here in Scotland, the government. By providing a better education to more they hope the investment will provide a better calibre of person entering the workforce to then make more money, pay more tax, which will recoup their educatinal expenses and thus wont be a drain on the country by contributing. Thats the theory!

i wish theyd scrap tuition fees in england before i start uni!! knowing my look theyll get scrapped after i finish.. i think the government should use the money they have in profits (because i know they have tax money being saved up some where) to pay for the education of those who will rule the country when they pop their clogs! tuition fees are ridiculous, £3000 a year its absolutly stupid!
