I'm worried that it is a key-logging program or other form of spyware and I haven't found very much about it on the web. Any ideas? Thanks!

It has to be an adware or spyware.
Try to exit it first.
Either way, go and download a anti-spyware software and remove it!
Recommandation
Lavasoft Adaware Personal (free)
Kaspersky Internet Security (not free)

Then use the registry cleaner to delete the the registry.
I use a program called RegCleaner. It works. But any other registry cleaner should be fine.

May I suggest what someone shared with me a long time ago in a land far away.
Install Tom Coyote's HiJackThis which is a monitor program that lets you see what is loading and what is not.
Then as time permits read the scan log and get familiar with the entries that are there by googling them to find out just what the computer community knows about the entry and whether there is a string to a forum about that entry.
It is very easy and this will be the foundation to a whole new area of learning.
I've also learned that some things HighJackThis will not remove.
So to solve that one I went to ccleaner and in their tools section; there remover will take or delete a program.

There is a handy search tool of HJT also that will tell you what the different number headings mean and what to look for.

Be very careful with what you remove with these tools as the things you remove will be gone.

I believe it is a font style. Look at it on the following site:
