sometimes, no. I can prepare a mean account analysis, I can tell you what makes cookies crispy or gooey or cakey, I can budget like nobody's business... but I didn't have a clue what the largest bear was. :)

that show is a lot of fun for my daughter and I to watch.

I love that show. I am definitely smarter than a 5th grader! Although I admit I have to think hard about some of the questions. Science was not my favorite subject.....

i just watched that show last night!
i realized that some of those questions are hard..especially for 5th graders or lower.

one question was "how many i's are in illiterate"?
it was under 2nd grade spelling. how would a 2nd grader know that? at least i don't remeber that i did

I have accumulated more knowledge but in terms of raw intelligence it would have to depend on the 5th grader in question. I'm sure there are some out there with higher IQs than mine....

Regarding schoolbook knowledge; probably. I'm fairly well-read.

In terms of electronics and video games, I don't stand a snowball's chance in hell :)
