a little ways from the beach so i can leave land to my great grandchildren so they get rich selling ocean front property after the poles melt and ungulf the beaches
do you think this would be a good investment

First of all I don't believe the poles are gonna melt.There may be some issues with that but erosion is going to be a bigger problem. And I think our country will solve those issues. Beach front property has always been a good investment in spite of hurricanes and such. I don't think I would want to live there tho. Just a personal preference.

yes, for a variety of reasons that have nothing to do with global warming. Land is always a good investment.
