If they're paying attention they won't let you buy it. But really, there's a reason this game is rated M. Find something that isn't rated M and you can still have a lot of fun. That simpson's game is basically the same thing without the blood and carnage. Try that.

Nope. Unless you go to Gamecrazy, where everyone's on drugs, you don't have a chance with Best Buy (they are really on the ball) and EBgames (they watch every customer closely). Don't try it. Just ask an older brother or cousin or friend, or just ask ur mom or dad.

Eb wont alloow you to get the game best to try bestbuy they dont really check for age when buying I brought san Andreas from them and I'am 16 years old.

No...but I bought GTA: VCS for psp at walmart and i scammed the lady because she barely understood how to read a learners permit so she just let me buy it, by the way she was an immigrant, and im 15 turning 16 soon

They shouldn't, get your mom or dad to go buy it and if they won't wait until you are older. It's a great game but so are many other games that are less violent. Get one of them instead GTA isn't going anywhere, it will be waiting for you in 4 years.

Hey Im 14 and went out and tried to buy and it they werent even close to allowing me. Maybe one store will let you get away with it but otherwise no. I got it by going with a friend and his older brother.

well i was fourteen when i bought it at eb u'll just have to try well now that i think about it this guy was kinda like dirty and made me promise my parents wouldnt return it and i was like ok and he let me buy i guess you just have to find out or you can bring your parents

depending on the store yes. places like walmart and bestbuy will sell it to you. places like ebgames or gamecrazy will force you to have your parents buy it for you.
