If you check the Stanford website it probably has some information about this. In particular, it probably tells what percent of the kids return for their sophomore year after finishing freshman year. I believe the % is about 97% return. So if there are 1500 freshmen at Stanford, and 3% don't return, that would leave about 45 spots for transfer students to enter. Since Stanford is one of the most famous schools in the world, they get a lot of applications from kids who want to transfer in. I suppose there are several hundred applications.

I don't think they would hold it against you that you were from a community college, but you would definitely have to have absolutely top grades and great letters of reference from your CC teachers. I dont think they would pay any attention at all to your SATs - the SATs are supposed to predict your college performance. Once you have actually taken college courses, they don't need a predicition, they can just look at your GPA

didn't go to to stanford, but i'd say that you'd want to have both outstanding SAT scores and GPA, especially b/c you are now at a community college, which have a reputation for grade inflation. so, for example if you have a 3.9 GPA but your SAT is on the low side they might assume your school is too easy and you'd never hack it at Stanford.

I hate to break it to you, yet your probability is very narrow. With a 22, it extremely is going to be demanding to even make it into colleges like college of Illinois. From my intense college, you choose stats like a 4.5 weighted 4.0 unweighted and 34+ ACT to additionally be seen Stanford cloth. Sorry to offer you the undesirable information, yet attempt finding for colleges which would be extra effectual "suits" for you. keep in mind, it is no longer consistently the school's status or call that'll supply you a extra effectual destiny.
