Yes, I do believe he should enter the draft. Why, because he will only have one shot at getting into the NFL. If he really is good enough than he should not let this opportunity pass him by. It want come again and he most likely will always have this thought in the back of his mind, I could have been a player. He can always go to work at a later date or even work as a bio-med during the off season.
He really should give it his best shot so he want be haunted by the I could have beens later in his life.
Good Luck to your friend - no matter what he decides.

Yes he should go into the draft. He can play for a couple years, make a few million and sit comfortably. Then if he decides this isn't what he wants then he can retire early. He'll still make more in a few years then about anything else you can do. Then he'll have plenty of money and can work on doing what he wants to do. He would be stupid not to at least give it a shot.

He should enter the draft. If he's not drafted he has a great field to fall back into. It may not be the millons of the NFL, but it'll keep food on the table.

No, and he can't. If he was finished with his college eligibility he could get drafted anyway but he won't and if he was thinking of applying early the deadline has passed. Brady Quinn could get drafted #2 overall and decide to be a science teacher, getting drafted doesn't mean your bound to anything.

He should follow his passion no matter what it is. It's what's in his heart that matters, not what's in yours or anyone else's. He shouldn't play football if his heart's not in it, or if he's just doing it to please other people. However, if his dream is to make it in the NFL he, absolutely, should give it his best shot. You don't make clear what he really wants to do.
