My mother has custody of my daughter who resides in PA and I have no communication with her even though the custody order says I should have visitation as both parties agree
Can someone help me with this issue ? Please
I was exactly going to do the modification today once I got off at work and I wanted to actually Go to a laywer and have them help me fill this out
What can I do
Im confused Im also going back To PA may 31
Please someone help me?

Ok, you just need to sue her in a court of law to enforce the divorce decree on her part.There is no modification of the decree itself here unless youre going for custody on whatever grounds or child support or to change the visitation rights themself. You just need the courts to force to obey the decree on visitation, thats all. You can even sue her in small claims court. No need for an expensive lawyer here, you can file the paperwork yourself with the courts helpor at the most hire a Paralegal which will save you lots of money. You will just tell the judge that shes not obeying the divorce decree and whatever details of such you have. you can do it. Good luck

No father should go on without seeing their daughter! Get thaat lawyer and fight for your daughter! GOOD LUCK!

You need to talk to a lawyer and tell them what you want to do.
