It depends who you ask. The recipe I like to use to make something like it is as follows:

2 cups flour
2 cups warm water
1 cup salt
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
1 Tablespoon cream of tartar (optional for improved elasticity)

food coloring
scented oils

and add scent.vanilla,baby oil etc
you spelled it right.
www.recipetoday.com (only I use baby oil for scent)instead of oil in recipe.

I used to have a recipe. Does that count? Like salt...and um...other stuff?? check the internet for a recipe. That'll tell you. It's non-toxic...if thats what you wanted to know.

Mostly salt and Flour. Then they add a whole bunch of chemicals and dye's for color and preservative.
