I breast feed and I am starting on doing stomach crunches. Any suggestions on how to lose the post prg tummy? Exercises, diets... please share with me.

diets and exercises are good but put no diet pills they don't really work put your child in the walker and go for walks every day for about an hour if its warm out or ask someone to watch your child and find a inside pool swimming is great...but if i were you don't do diets your breast feeding and most likely it'll all come off with in a year anyway it took nine months to gain it i'll take nine months to get it off...crunches won't help i'm sorry to tell you too you need to lose weight before you see any results from that its just a muscle builder it doesn't help lose weight...try stuff that will get you heart going like jogging in place or around the house....

Pilates classes on the reformer bed (made for the exercise) are wonderful! They will tighten everything up and you will be in the best shape of your life! Also, the exercises can be adjusted to your personal needs. If that is too expensive, get a CD about Pilates. There are floor exercises as well that you can do at home.

After my first child - i am pregnant again!- i focused on a circuit training style - doing yoga 2 times a week, ab and light weights 2 times a week and then walking or jogging with the baby stroller 2 days a week.. it helped me get down to a weight less than before i was pregnant in about 3 months!

I used to take the baby for a walk while he was in the stroller, the fresh air did us both good, and I got out of the house and lost weight too, you can find a place that is really hilly and hold in that tummy, the pounds really melt off, bring water to keep hydrated!!! Good luck and congrats!!

Take your baby out for a walk every day or twice a day. Your baby will love it and it's good exercise for you.
