What improvments are needed in haiti for a better Economy?

1. Improve , roads, security and electricity.
2. Straight away, if security was improved Tourism would return. Haiti has a great potential in that domain , it has good beaches, great art, music , history and natural culture.
3. Education needs to be improved .Because the majority of the middle class has left , it difficult for businesses to employ mid-management posts.
4.Countries need a constant source of electricity .
So that businesses can run their factories etc.
5.Haiti needs to attract Haitians leaving in the States to return .
Better staff training.

First and foremost they need political stability. No business would want to come into Haiti in the current situation.
Education is also very important. Better education filters throught every aspect of a country.
