I think the sweetest way to name a baby is by naming them after someone who meant a great deal to you. I love my sons name "Errin Scott" He was named after my husbands father, and after mine. Another thing I think is a good thing to keep in mind are the syllables.

I think the baby's name should be important to you. personnally, I like names that can be shortened or are old fashioned. I also like names that aren't incredibly popular.
Some first names I like are: William, Caleb, Ian, Sean/ Shawn, and Brent.
Also, when considering a name for your child, try to think of as many ways to make fun of it as possible. Kids are ruthless when it comes to name calling. If you can't think of too many ways to make fun of the name, then you're doing good.
