it depends on what grade you are in, when I started the 8th grade they stopped giving us a list, your teachers will tell you what you need on the first day, just take the basics.
paper
pencils
red pin
highlighter
folders to put HW and stuff in.

I would just say have spral notebooks for note-taking, loose-leaf for assignments, pens/pencils/erasers... Anything specialized (graphing calculators, art pencils, etc.) will be made known to you by the teacher on the first day. (Trust me... after sending home and posting umpteen school supply lists, I've yet to have a student bring everything they need on the first day.)

You can find them on the net. Google Erica.net/free school supplies. I found some.

You could call the school and ask them. I would buy the basic supplies such as pencils, pens, & paper since these are used everywhere...

idk of a website but at my high school in all of the classrooms teachers have posted what you need: a binder, dividers, binder paper, 6 inch ruler, 2 pencils, 1 black or blue ink pen, 1 highlighter, a pencil pouch, and notebooks. Also have colored pencils or markers just in case

this is kind of old-fashioned, but have you tried phoning the school office and asking if they can give you the information? or suggest another place you can find it?... heck, email them if you can't find a telephone!
