i donno isnt tofu some kinda food from china or somthin....i have no clue what im talking about.......

It means don't eat meat. Eating meat is not only seen as cruel, but it causes heart disease and obesity. Soy (which tofu is made of) is a complete protein.

tofu- a soft, bland, white cheeselike food, high in protein content, made from curdled soybean milk: used originally in Oriental cookery but now in a wide variety of soups and other dishes.
eat- to take into the mouth and swallow for nourishment; chew and swallow (food).
that's what "eat your tofu" means.
