Where do I put white eyeliner so it doesn't look tacky?

instead of pure white, you can try shimmering white. it'd look more dreamy...
put it under the eye, a thin line for a more normal look or make it thicker for a more dramatic and dreamy look.
if not, you can just put it at the corner of your eyes to waken up tired looking eyes.

Put it under your eyes, on your lower eye lids, it will look very cute with white on the bottom. I use white eyeliner and it looks really good if you put it on the bottom, don't put it on the top of the eye, this will make it look tacky.

I apply a small line in the inner corner of both eyes~
They say put it on the lower lid to make your eyes look larger but i personally think it looks silly~

I only use it at night though, when i am going out~
During the day i use a shimmer gold stick of liner it looks better and i apply it the same way~

put the white eyeliner on the very inside crease of your eye to make your eyes look bigger. then put blue/black/brown [whatever you prefer] to the top lid, smudge, on the bottom only half way. circiling makes r eyes look smaller.

You could apply it on your inner bottom eye rim, but if you do, do so very lightly. It looks tacky when people apply it very heavily and bluntly, or, heaven forbid, on the top lid, also.

line the bottom of the eye or just right in the corner it makes u look like you had a ton of sleep i use white eye shadow
