All the people criticizing the Army Medical Department. YES, there were some things wrong @ Walter Reed [not going down that road right now]. My point is, soldiers on the battlefield have NEVER had better medical care than they do now. Hats off to our military medical personnel!!!!

The diet that my wife and I are on. It's restrics carbs, and we are not allowed to have sugar, white flour, starches, or high carb items.
Now, all of this is easy and enjoyable at first. You can eat all the bacon and eggs you want. You can feast on steak, roasted chicken, barbecue pork with mustard based sauces....man...it's all good!
But around month number two, things begin to get a bit tense. You start missing coffee with creamer, and donuts and chocolate cake! You can't have candy bars, and you can't have fried chicken. (Since it's battered in flour)
I'm in month FOUR at the moment. Sure, I've lost 25 pounds. Let me tell you though, I would give my left nipple for a big old bowl of peach cobbler and vanilla ice cream!
(And I'm a man....so my nipples are for decoration anyway!)
