Don't worry, that is exactly what happened to me. I didn't think I was pregnant, because I didn't have any symptoms. I mean none the only thing was that I was not getting my period. I was stressing like you, the only way I got the negative thoughts of my head was when I went in to the doctor and got an ultrasound done on me. Since then I felt a big relief. I only feel like i am pregnant is because I'm getting big and I eat a lot. Don't worry everything will be okay. If you are really concerned go and get an ultrasound done. That will help a lot.

Relax!!! I went through the same thing. With my daughter I was sick the whole nine months and now that I am pregnant with my son @ 33 weeks, I have thrown up once and felt somewhat nauseous the first two weeks and then all I have felt is tiredness, especially now. I thought there was something wrong but my midwife and Doctor said to count my blessings, and I do. The worst you can do is stress, if the baby is progressing the way he should then just be easy and don't get yourself unnecessarily nuts. Every pregnancy is different and it is still early, so things might or might not change. Good luck sweetheart and don't fret, you'll be fine.

Hi dumba,
Congratulations on your pregnancy!
I am not a mother and have never been pregnant myself, but I have heard that pregnancy is "easier" after the first time. One woman told me that when she was pregnant with her first child, she was vomiting and nauseous for a few months, but then when she was pregnant the second time, she didn't feel nauseous at all, and would eat everything! :)
Don't worry -- maybe this pregnancy is just easier for you -- don't stress out, try to relax :). Just know that you have a healthy baby who is depending on you right now, so try to push all doubts out of your head! Even your doctor said that you're fine, but if you're still worried, another checkup won't hurt :).
Good luck and congratulations! :)

I didn't get morning sickness until AFTER the first three months with my first one (I kept forgetting that i even was pregnant) and the second one I didn't get it until much later, You don't need to feel anything the first few months that's normal ENJOY IT WHILE YOU CAN!!! don't worry each pregnancy is different in some or all ways!

I first have to start off by saying, your nuts! i'm 15 weeks pregnant and i did nothing but puke everywhere.. i still cant open my mouth all the way without getting that feeling! your lucky! but i understand where your coming from i dont feel or look pregnant and the only way i can convince myself that i am is listening to my babys heartbeat which i didnt even get to hear until 3 days ago! but if your like me and you need to hear to believe go to www.babybeat.com you can rent a baby heart beat monitor (doppler) and it only $18 a month but believe me it will lift so much weight off your shoulders! best of luck!.. an try not to stress to much its not good for you or the baby!

I think you're freaking out over nothing. Every pregnancy is different - your body handles it differently. Plus, you're only 6-7 weeks along. I didn't get morning sickness till week 8.
Good luck honey - and try not to stress too much.

I had the same problem. I was just more tired and missed my period. Other than that nothing.. Fast forward to 30 weeks along.. I am puking all the time, can't keep anything down. I am still tired all the time but my baby is growing and getting more prepared for birth. Consider yourself lucky and enjoy it. It is a lot harder to puke when you can barely reach the toilet over your tummy. Good luck and congrats!!
