EMail failure?

My ISP is BTYahoo and I am connected to a home hub. EMails are not getting through, somehow, even tho' others on the network are receiving theirs. Is the problem with the computer or with the ISP & how do I solve it please?

If you have BT/Yahoo broadband you should have a desktop help icon use that to check your fault

It is your hub it is to far from your pc or something is interfering with the conection email me for help alanmoore799@btinternet.com
